Terms of Trade for Sale and Shipping

01. All prices are prices of the day without obligation and include German sales tax. Only cash or money transfer by bank is accepted as legal tender.

02. The order will be shipped by cash on demand or after having received cash on demand. The shipping will be processed on the risk of the customer.

03. By law, all customers within the European Union can return the ordered parts within 14 days. Specialy prepared parts , already integrated or not originally packed parts, batteries and electronocal parts are excluded. The returned items have to be shipped without any fees for the addressee. The shipping fees will be refunded if the value exceeds 40 Euro. Fright collect sendings will not be accepted.

04. The shipping fees consist of postage, packing, cash on demand fee and at least 1,50 Euro work rate.

05. Orders will be accepted by telephone, fax, mail or by internet. Please use the original DKW parts numbers and transmit the bike type, chassis- and engine-number.

06. In case of qualified complains we offer a free replacement or give a credit note. On Returns on goodwill the customer can be charged with a restorage fee of 10% of the item value. The return fees and costs for technical checks have to be paid by the customer. Returned parts have to be delivered without costs for DKW Geyer. The transport is at customer's own risk. Fright collect sendings will not be accepted.

07. We are not responsible for loss, non usability or damages caused by the use of our parts. Delayed complains, self repair attempts or wrong handling will exclude any warranty. Reproduced spare parts - as far as the type of construction has to be approved - or reproduced parts in technical groups that type of construction has to be approved, are produced for demonstration purposes, only. Although these parts are fully functional, the operating license will be void by using these parts. The possibility for single approvels have to be requested by the responsible gouvernment department.

08. For repair orders of engine and vehicles: in case engine and vehicles have to be repaired on warranty, these items have to be delivered to our location without any freight fees. These transport fees are paid by the customer. Additional claims exceeting the repair itself are excluded.

09. With publishing our latest catalog, all earlier offers are void. For all orders our Terms of Trade are applied.

10.The inefficacy of single terms does not touch the validity of all other terms.

11.Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction is the location of the company (69502 Hemsbach, Germany).
